Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product. In any other case a change is made with another product or number.
In the event that the reason for your return concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of sending it to you and returning the product.
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it, within 14 working days from the date you receive it and provided that you send the product in its original condition, confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed and included in the package the proof of purchase. If all the above conditions are met, fabulous accessories will replace your product with anything else you want.
In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
The return costs are borne by the fabulous accessories while the cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer with 5 euros regardless of the amount.
In each order there is a right for only one return either part or all. In case the number or product you have ordered does not satisfy you, send us an email with your details and the change you wish to make.
Then you send the product you do not want to us with SPEEDEX and as soon as we receive it we send you your new order. In case you do not find something that satisfies you, we can credit you with the money and use it in a new purchase.
Credit is available for 30 calendar days. Returns are sent exclusively by SPEEDEX at our expense. In case you choose another company we have no responsibility for the receipt of the parcel and the shipping costs.

Once the product leaves you, the fabulous accessories company receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and through SPEEDEX or within 3-5 working days for returns from abroad through it.
In case you choose other transport companies, we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.
After receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you by e-mail on how to process it.
